Join the Plant Health Student Network today!

While the November slump has surely hit you by now, we are planning some exciting and cool events for 2025 so now is a great time to join the network and ensure you’re on our mailing list so you hear of the news first!

The Plant Health Student Network (PHSN) is a global community run for students, by students. The network was founded in response to the clear need for a early-career community in the plant health, plant pathology, and plant biosecurity space, that could facilitate opportunity sharing and skill development.

We run regular online forums where guest speakers and specialists in the field share their personal and professional experiences, we facilitate training and workshops, and we organise in-person events for researchers and students to establish collaborations and connect with leaders in their fields.

In February this year, we held an online webinar and heard from Dr Tracey Steinrucken (CSIRO) about career pathways and mentorship in the plant health space.
